HDR stands for High Dynamic Range, which means that there is a much greater range of colors than in a regular jpg image. In other words, you get more opportunities to find details in light and dark areas.
Many people have a great deal of their marketing on their Instagram account, but haven’t considered that this could disappear if the account is blocked or hacked. I therefore recommend making a backup in between.
